In the first few mins of a raid recently I have been hearing the sound effect of a grenade's pin being pulled 10 meters away from me, anyone else experience this?

Never grenade pins, but I can hear a key unlock as if I'm unlocking it.

ID: hkwcsgxFunny thing is, for the exact same chance that it is a bug, is the chance that someone noclipped/speedhacked into marked room to loot it before the game finishes loading the world terrain/building colliders.
At this point, who knows? We know those hacks do exist

Yes, it started happening since the unity update. Sometimes it scares the bejesus out of me while doing solo runs.

Its not a grenade pin, its the first tinkle of a key unlock noise, but not the entire noise of unlocking the door.
It feels like the first door opened on the map, that key tinkle is heard by the entire map.

ID: hkuztaxIt 100% is the marked room on customs. I heard it open from the hill by sniper roadblock. We ran up metal stairs and killed the guy 3rd floor. Such an unfortunate bug. I’ve heard it from train bridge before as well lol

Since the unity update. Noyt just that, also broken, half scav lines, not aggresive, but like just besides you. Pretty eery.

I have been hearing it as well, it mostly happens in my left ear. I'm not sure if this is the same for everyone, but it freaks me out every time.

Every time you hear the door unlocking/grenade pin noise, someone really is unlocking a door I think. Every time on customs I hear it when I’m close to dorms, and I rush in there someone is down in marked room.

I feel like unity update is really unstable, I’ve been having a lot of problems with the game, the key unlock being one, and very long loading times being the other, as well as audio corruptions here and there

It happens to me randomly, I’ll be running towards a room and my buddy will be behind me only to hear a grenade pin, both of us hit the deck and wait for the explosion that doesn’t come

I keep hearing keys getting used to unlock doors, freaked me out the first time because i was in 3 story dorms, then i heard it again when i was running around in woods and realized it must be a bug because there was nothing around to unlock

I had that happen to me and then found a loose grenade on the ground at the giving tree on Customs. Almost wondering if there is some weird glitch where loose loot is making noise when spawning?

Yep. Been hearing pin from nade, and key unlocking. Also hearing scavs yelling literally next to me, even tho they are 300 m distant and I can't even see them. Yesterday, I totally got freked out in woods by phantom voices. Once again, new patch, new fckups. I'm guessing it was the unity update that brought these problems.

I have heard keys unlocking, loot being picked up and phantom footsteps.

Yes, that and what sounds like a split second of VOIP every now and then but I could be mistaken.

I was thinking it's when scavs first spawn... I feel like I hear the click and then there they are at whatever is closest scav spawn

Yes but with a key unlocking sound and right around the time someone would be opening a door if they got a good spawn. Literally happened to me 5 raids in a row on shoreline and right around the time someone would be getting into a room.

I sat in a bush for 10 mins because I thought there was a guy in another bush about to throw a nade. In the end I rushed the empty bush and felt quite stupid.

It's the phantom key noise, it's been happening since the Unity 2019 upgrade.

Yeah, every raid. Try to ignore it but you gotta check around lol. I noticed when it happens a scav has spawned nearby, could be coincidence

This, almost always at the beginning of a raid
