While unfortunately somewhat tame because they still want it to be somewhat family friendly they have it full of badass combat and decent stories.

Meanwhile Warframe is considered one of the best f2p games ever.

Imagine a game that has rendered itself so much fucking money that it's tweaked to the bees knees by hundreds if not thousands of engineers. That's Fortnite. It's probably the single most versioned out video game, in terms of hours spent anyway, in history. Super tight, just pure gameplay. It is what is and it's really good at being that.

ID: hs9dn7qI would love a limited build game mode. Building is a core part of the game so not building at all may be a little weird, but something like having a 20 second or so timer after you place 5 building blocks would be cool.

ID: hsbqfnlMe and my girlfriend recently got into Fortnite mostly for something we can play together and she is having such a good time with the game. I’ve played before but I’m nothing special and I don’t like the building aspect but we both HATE the building mechanic and she’s not a big gamer so she feels so defeated playing against the dudes who build a whole fortress and play tower defense in 3 seconds. A non building mode would be pretty fun for a lot of people who just like the battle royal portion.

Started playing Fortnite again recently, not in like a 7-year old open mouth coughing on my iPad kinda way but in an old man who enjoys having fun kinda way, and it’s been a blast.
I hope they keep the web shooters as a mechanic for a while because they’ve so fun to use.

Fortnite is still a fun game. Everyone on the gaming subs here like to think that it's impossible to win because people build, but all you need is a bit of patience and decent aim to win most of the time. Firefly jars can also be a great method.

To be fair it’s an annoying mechanic that isn’t fun to play against for a lot of people. If a lot of people are complaining about something there’s probably some merit to it.

Peeps that build don’t bother me anymore. All I need are some sticky explosives, web slingers, and an STG to slide into those turtled poor saps. So glad I can move fast this season due to sliding.

It's complicated to master, but that's the fun of it, building brings a lot of replay value to the game, what people can do with it is astonishing.

Yeah the creative mode is really something else. You can make pretty much everything you could imagine.. New gamemodes, playlists etc.

I used to play it. Took 2 years off, and just got back into it... Loving it all over again.
