After defying gravity and leaping a good 30+ feet he sprints on top of the train, jumps, then bunny hops to travel almost the length of an entire shipping container then keeps sprinting and still has like 85% stamina bar left

I'll always say it: buff the base stats by around 20-30% and then remove skills entirely. This garbage is toxic and unbelievably immersion breaking for a game that dares call itself realistic.
The fact that you go from a near-paraplegic who get winded after a 20 meter jog to a demigod leaping over trains with almost infinite stamina is completely cancer.

You can simultaneously both appreciate his play making ability AND admit that the skill system in Tarkov is an absolute joke.
This kind of thing shouldn’t be possible, regardless of the player attempting it. Max skills are essentially superpowers.
