E, though I'll use F if the game has a lean function that uses Q and E to lean left and right.

U. Because I’m left handed and I play with my mouse in the left hand so I change the default key binds to mirror the classic wqsd to ijkl, then u is the button to interact
Edit : To all the people who wonder why I don't use another layout, it's just because I'm used to these keys. Other layouts might work as well of course!

X because I play warframe too much
ID: hm9pvr2I had to change that one because I ended up getting cramps from trying to push it too often! Plus it's one of the few games where you can reload with the interact button, so I just put it on R, so much more comfortable.

I'm pretty sure lean being bound to Q and E was the first reason I'd ever seen interact moved from E to F. It was pretty conflicting at the time, because I was vehemently against E not being interact, but nothing else on the keyboard makes sense for leaning. I can't say for sure what game, but my best guess would be it being Rainbow Six 3 on PC.
