Is this a typical 3DMark score for the 5700G?

It's scoring a little over half of what it should be. So, no.
At stock, your CPU score should be around 9000 and your GPU score around 1400 at the minimum.
The 5700G and the integrated Vega 8 iGPU are very dependent on the system RAM configuration.
If I were to guess what's wrong just going by the score:
I'd guess it's running single channel RAM (1 stick of RAM) XMP may not be enabled (RAM only running at 2133MHz). You really want at least a dual channel kit (2 sticks in the correct DIMM slots) running at least 3200MHz with XMP enabled. It could possibly be thermal throttling. (Poor CPU cooler or poor cooler contact, poor thermal paste application etc.)In short, the score is low enough that I'd guess there's a lot going wrong.
ID: hc5xwbbID: hc74aneNo need. The ability to do that is for compatibility, allegedly, and I've yet to run into such an issue. With my SR Micron rev B, I got over 1400 on Timespy at JEDEC speed (2667MT/s). The OP claims to have a 3600MT/s kit, below. That should easily get 1600, even if it's a SR kit with loose timings. A nice DR rev E or CJR/DJR kit might even be able to do 1800, without any manual overclocking (if it's a tighter spec'd kit, rather than a 18-22-22 grab bag type).

Definitely could help explain the GPU score, but something else is going on with the CPU for it to score that low. 20 FPS in the CPU test is like 4c/8t territory, not 8c/16t.

CPU physics should be 9082
Maybe list all your specs, PSU, motherboard, etc
Make sure BIOS is updated.
AGESA 1.2.0.3 or higher recommended in order for the new 5700G to function properly.

However, it doesn't really explain the low CPU score.
The score is low enough that it looks like SMT is disabled, but Time Spy sees all 16 threads. GPU temp reports 65c, CPU is likely running at 65c as well, temps are reasonable. Boost clock reported at 4516MHz. Slightly on the low side, but not by much. Also probably rules out eco mode enabled in BIOS. RAM speed states 1800MHz. Possibly modules are not in correct DIMM slots for dual channel mode? Driver version: 27.20.22025.1006, that's 21.8.2, so that's all good. Win10 (10.0.19043) so 21H1, Windows is up to date.Kind of spitballing in the dark without more information. But I'd probably reset CMOS for a start. BIOS update may be in order as well.

Ive had had 4 ryzen cpus by now. 7 nm is extremely temperature dependent and the stock cooler has gotten worse after every generation. If you are not using a decent cooler you will not get anywhere near benchmarks you see online. If you wanna compare your scores with anyone on the internet make sure you see their testing methodology. And be aware peak temperature or average temperature isnt every thing for cpus, pay more attention to the time that it takes to hit steady state. That will represent the heat capacity of the cooler.

Could it also be that he's severely VRAM limited? i.e. he didn't allocate enough of the memory to the igpu?
