In case anyone was wondering, this is out today and available for purchase. I was looking for a release date in the trailer because they only ever said "this fall" before.

Straight up one of the most difficult, mind blowing and rewarding games I’ve ever played. The first time you get to space and the music changes is incredible.

If I ever figure out orbital rendezvous I will play the hell out of this game. It's the only core mechanic my brain can't sort out at all.

ID: he4rzhzNope, brain can't get it. Started with the Scott Manley tutorial years and years ago, have looked through others since, even the in-game tutorial.
I understand the mechanics of it fine, but am totally incapable of executing on it. And that ends up being a big part of the game, sadly.

I've only played this on PC. How does it control on console?
ID: he3ybdqThe controls can be quite complex and do take some time getting used to.
Using the left stick as a mouse cursor is finicky, but doable. You can use the touchpad on Playstation as a mouse too, but it’s still far from perfect.
However it’s still the full Kerbal experience. It’s a good way to play if you don’t have a solid PC.
ID: he4t4u8If you don’t like the controller experience you can connect a mouse and keyboard and play that way.

Are the terms of service on the PS as fucked up as they are in PC?

So what changes have been made to the controls other than mouse and keyboard support? I had trouble setting up maneuvers among other things and never felt I was in full control of what I was trying to do.

I have hundreds of hours on the PS4 version. Would love to check out the new update.

I enjoyed playing this a while back on PC, and have been tempted to get it in sales, but at this point I think I'd rather just wait for KSP2, which hopefully will come next year, it sounds really good! I just hope it's earlier rather than later next year.
