I literally just looked for the release date last night. I was like shit… it’s been awhile wonder if I missed the release date announcement. Soon as I wake up today… there it is.

I can’t wait to really live and walk around in Re4’s atmosphere. It’s such an absorbing fall/winter desolate landscape.
It’s a shame it looks like QTEs will shoot out to a theater screen (the same they’ll use to play cutscenes) but other than that this is probably my most anticipated game this year!

I'm happy for people who are excited for this, but as someone without VR (and no affordable option or burning desire to get one yet) this is just yet another RE4 rerelease. It's like hearing Skyrim is coming out again at this point.

Will there be an option to be regular over the shoulder third person with a controller?
Or is it only VR.
ID: hehgtchMore than likely only VR, but if you wanted something like that you could play the game in Big Screen Beta or virtual desktop or something like that.
