There were alot of small things I had to do out of the norm to make this build possible.
Spray painted the NR200P the color Lilac. This was about a week before CM announced color variations of the NR200P. Boooooo.
Had to switch the left fan of the Ninja 5 to a Kaze Slim.
Had to purchase a unsleeved 24pin PSU cable for the flexibility as the stock ribbon cables from my SF600 Gold is so bulky it pushed the right Ninja 5 fan up.
Went with 180 PSU adapters as it made it easier to manage cables.
Used a Raijintek Morpheus II w/ 2x Noctua NF-F12 chromax for the best cooling for my 1080. Temps dropped from 82 to 60c. A more aggressive fan curve could make it go down but I value silence while keeping performance.
Gaming with Tarkov, CPU temps: 62-65c, GPU: 59-62c
Its extremely quiet... But the SF600 gold. When I play Tarkov the PSU ramps to max rpms. It's so loud my gf with her headphones across the room can hear it. Definitely will change it for the Platinum, but what I can't decide is if I want SF600 Plat, or SF750 Plat. What do y'all think? I value silence and I would like to upgrade to a 3070-3080 when I find the funds and time to snag one.
ID: hf53zh1You’ll want the 750, at least in my experience more wattage left over will result in cooler running psu, my 1000watt bronze from Corsair never has the fan audible or on from what I can tell specs are 3600xt pbo, 5700xt, 6 hard drives and some ssds
ID: hf5ae5x+2, if you value temps then the headroom on the PSU will have the biggest impact. Nothing heats a power supply more than running at the edge of its spec'd rating; in fact that's basically all the ratings are, the amount of power it can dissipate without melting/catching fire/smoking. The higher efficiency will help too as more efficient means less waste power dissipated as heat, so the combo of 750 and Platinum is the way to go. It's exactly what I have and I never notice any noise from the PSU itself, highly recommend.

Bruh what

Ever since we went to nvme drives my cases have seemed so cavernous and empty. Thank you for using up All the Cubic Inches
ID: hf4zaizI recent switched from 2.5" to m.2 and converted my 2.5" to external to eliminate the need to use SSD cables. Very good decision.

Does the side panel close? it looks close.
ID: hf4xkg3It does close and snap shut. But because the metal tips of the cooler are a tad bit taller, it will press up against the glass. The glass closes, but the top left corner sticks out a tad bit, like a quarter of a centimeter out.
One solution is to use shorter mb standoffs but you may run the risk of the IO ports not lining up on the shield. If I'm going that route, it's not a problem since I use a USB hub anyways so I don't have alot of cables connecting to the back of the case anyways.

That is really mesmerizing. Does it have any impact on the temperatures of the case? Or the air flow?
ID: hf5ey42Does it have any impact on the temperatures of the case?
What part exactly are you referring to?
Pretty much everything stays under 62c, could be way under 60c if I setup an aggressive fan curve. But I set it up to where it's silent yet good enough to move air.
ID: hf5f0pnSorry about that! The 5” screen?
