ID: hhva537I'd love to see it, but it might be literally impossible to hitless. There's a 250ms delay built in so I can do sequences without them being terminated too early. Some bosses have moves that are only barely slower than that - Twin Princes comes to mind. It could be possible with a lower delay, but hoo boy, that'd be a grind lol

How do you move with only that controller?
ID: hhvc0bzMentioned it in another post, but I can move in the main eight direction using a toggle system. If I want to move forward, doing the correct sequence will make him start moving. If I want to change direction, I use a different sequence, or if I want to stop, I repeat the previous sequence. I can't think of a way to "hold" a Morse code sequence, so this was the best way I could figure it out haha

So you do the sequence, it toggles "move forward and right" mode. Then you tap or hold to actually move. As soon as you let go, it's back in "waiting for input" mode.
No idea if that's feasible. Probably more of a hassle than your way.

When I read the title I'd assumed you'd have a single control stick for movement as well, but it's one button for everything! I don't even think I'd manage this in 60 hours like this with infinite hp...

I actually think about this stuff when I'm stuck in Souls games. I think about the guy that did the no hit Soulsborne run and all the various no level builds and challenge runs. It sort of puts it into perspective and I think that if they can do that, I can do it normally.
Aweaome job man. Can't even fucking imagine beating Nameless King like that.
Now do the DLC so we can see you someone beat Midir that way!

Wait, so did you set Morse style codes for each action (I.e. a roll is 2 fast clicks and a run is click click hold click) or something like that, I can't think of how this would work at all.
ID: hhx2zw6Pretty much! I had to design it so the most important inputs (roll/attack/move) are assigned to the shortest sequences - so a roll is a short tap, an attack is a long press, moving forward is two short taps, etc etc.

ID: hhx2sq1I actually found Twin Princes to be harder for exactly that reason. Lorian doesn't let up. Not being able to change the direction you're moving while you're healing works for DS1, but NOT for DS3 haha
