Never played re4. Is the vr a good version to play for my first time or should I wait for the remaster?
ID: hjytbiyI would definitely pick this up, it's very well polished. It's not the best game to port since the cutscenes are there and such, but it's still a great game to play.
ID: hjzc57eAs many people here, I’ve played this game countless times over the years. It’s truly a great game. And playing this VR port of the game is absolutely incredible. You get to see things closer and unlike you were ever able to see it before! I could see this being a good version to start with, but at the same time I can’t recommend the original game enough. It’s on virtually every platform, so maybe try the game before the VR version so you know what you’re getting into. If you do end up making this the first version of the game that you play, please let me know how it goes! I’m interested how the game feels for somebody unfamiliar with the world.

I remember when I got this on GameCube and finding this out, had my brothers girlfriend do it by telling her to shoot the fish in the water lol. Good times.

I've seen this well over 50 times since the original release and it still spooked me a bit muted on my phone. Fully sold on this port now!

I don’t know why but the death screen being a physical place and still being able to see your virtual hands is really creepy.

Is this seated mode? I have my ammo on my hip instead.
ID: hjzto1yThat’s exactly what this is, I’m playing seated 🙂 the 2 handed weapon, grenade, knife, and heals are still in the same spot though
ID: hk01kmnYeah when you play seated your one-handed weapon floats off to the right and an icon representing ammo for whatever weapon is in your hand floats on the left.

ID: hjztwl2I don’t believe so, but I didn’t try. In the original version of the game it plays a cutscene where you can’t move. But now I’m curious if you can move during this one because it’s not a cutscene! You’re movement speed is definitely faster than the original so it would be cool if you could back up in time! If I do this, I’ll let you know the results lmao

I’ve really wanted to get this, but motion sickness is holding me back. Is this general movement with the joysticks like Walking Dead? Or is there an option to movie in jumps like Arizona Sunshine?

Its 15 or so years later and I still never forgot trying to stalk up on fish for this obvious boss battle. Then that happened, my teenage heart nearly stopped.
