For those curious, have done some digging around and details are actually very scarce but all we know so far is: Enhanced Edition will feature improved gameplay and motion code.
It will also include all previous patches and is a FREE update for existing PS5 owners.

I will give it a second chance if its free, I loved the originals back in the day and when I tried this one it was underwhelming, both gameplay and performance wise.

I love the OG games. However this for me was a let down and it was top of my must buy games (before the PS Plus announcement) They tried to hard for it to be a RPG with all the crafting elements and it lost what made the originals so good.
It should have kept it basic with just chants and the voice commands instead of over complicating it. Failing that they should have went the other way and made it a proper 2.5D platformer with puzzle elements and done away with the trying to save everyone

I hated the thing where you had to throw water to put out fires. So tedious.

I was a fan of the original. I played through about 70% of the game, and it honestly felt like a chore so I stopped. Maybe I will continue with the enhanced version, but I doubt it. I really really wanted to like it, but the levels are quite long and overstay their welcome, and the crafting is annoying. Plus it didn't help that graphics and performance are very bad for a native PS5 game. Why can't a game that looks this mediocre be native 4k.... The stuttering after every checkpoint was super lame... So much for the blazing fast SSD...

Good to hear, really hope they did something about the font sizes and how the game was too zoomed out, I just couldn't get into it when I tried but will def check back at some point and see if I can play it with more ease this time out
