Im in arcadis and remember getting out of Draklor lab. Now the mal says "who have build this?" (Or something like this is a translation from spanish "quien habrá construido esto?" Where or what should I do next? Edit: Solve thank you all

Wander around and if you look at world map it has a little hint usually on bottom of the page

That the only hint i found the global map does not say anything its just on the city map

Well after Draklor, you go through the Feywood to Giruvegan and The Great Crystal. I'm pretty sure the map hint text you're getting is what appears during Giruvegan/Great Crystal. Do you have the Esper Shemhazai?
