Which sports game has the best AI? I play a lot of offline single player franchise/seasons and was curious Reddit’s opinion regardless of year or sport?

Im partial to a little NHL, pretty stagnant over the past few years so I imagine you could pick up one for cheap if you don’t mind the out of date roster?

EA Pass is $30 a year, so about $2.50 a month. You can play all of last year’s EA sports titles like NBA Live, Madden 20, NHL 20 etc. Totally worth it if you’re a sports fan. I play Madden 20 still and the AI is definitely good competition.
Edit: NBA Live, not 2K

If you ever get into an EA sports game you should look up "FIFA/NHL/Madden/etc Sliders" on the Operation Sports Forums. They're a group of people who tweak the 'sliders' in each game (sliders are basically individual difficulty adjusters that change how fast you
AI's players spring, how quickly they pass the ball, etc) throughout the year in order to make each game play as "realistically" as possible.ID: gq5hfiuYes. Used them for Madden and it made it quite a bit better in 21 this year, kind of sparked my question of the best AI in general. Thanks!

Windjammers.

MLB the show can be addicting if you use the community-made roster and slider revamps that cause even more realistic behaviors
