He wasn’t a well developed character overall.
ID: gq6hhnuI think he could’ve been a Zemo-level character if given more development, maybe more background into that one line he had that Monica didn’t know what it took just to keep the lights on. A more clear reason for him to antagonize superheroes/enhanced individuals.
Unfortunately all of the exposition we really got on him was being a dick to Wanda to see if she could jumpstart Vision and then later on he did a full heel-turn to “once Wanda Maximoff is eliminated nobody will care” and trying to murder a couple of kids and his own employee in cold blood
shoutout to his audacity to think he could kill the only person who came close to killing Thanos in combat (Carol was winning yes but Wanda almost ripped him apart)

One of the bullets was heading for Wiccan, do not forget about that. Yeah at this point he started shooting at Monica, then aimed at Wiccan. After failing He then proceeds to get in his hummer to run them over before Darcy comes in for the win and stops Haywards vehicle. I really liked the scene.

I don’t fully understand what happened with monica here. i get that it’s showing her energy-phasing powers, but i don’t really get what energy she turned into that slows down bullets. really like that her eyes change color based on the kind of energy she absorbs though.
ID: gq6qxhyKinetic energy maybe? A bullet without kinetic energy would probably simply bounce off harmlessly, because there's no more force behind it. Bullets hurt/kill because they are fired from a gun, but they're not nearly as dangerous if somebody just throws one at you.

ID: gq6y86sShe's called Photon, photons mediate electromagnetism (EM), and EM energy causes, among other things, magnetic fields. So if her powers are rooted in EM, then she should be able to create a magnetic field strong enough to slow bullets.

Lol and then the last slow-mo bullet that whizzed past Monica’s eye level only to also curve down to Billy’s hand level for him to stop it dead in its tracks.

Why tho? That's just perspective, he's not centered, he aimed at billy from the right of the picture, he took monica's right side and the one bullet who went past her was stopped by billie..
