y’all gotta do something about the sound in this god forsaken game. the only thing that’s clear is the gunshots 600m away making every rat and dog player in this game 3rd party anything. probably the worse state this game has ever been in with the current ridiculous events, sound problems, matchmaking and sbmm in ranked. really hope next season yall fix your act or the whole game will die.
ID: gvm6ck5Sound has been so awful ever since season 7 launched with the zero audio waterfall at Olympus. But even when the sound reaches your ears, the mix is all over the place. Weapon sounds travel way too far, across mountains and other massive solid objects which - like you said - fuels heavily into the general 3rd party problems, while people 5m behind you somehow make no sound at all.

Its honestly sad that since I got to the pred 10k rp threshold about 2 weeks into the spilt, I haven’t played a single game on my preferred servers because of DDOSS attacks. If I want to play ranked (actually play the game and not consistently get one game an hour while trying to dodge match abandonments) I have to play on foreign servers. NA maste
ranked servers are so plagued by dosses that I don’t even attempt to queue anymore to see if there aren’t any dossers on, hint, there is always at least 2 dossers on NA at any given point.I guess playing on a minimum of 100 ping and having to wait a little longer in queues is not the end world. But honestly, it’s the fact that it appears Respawn has completely lost control of the NA ranked servers that’s so upsetting, those servers are run by dossers/cheaters at this point.

As a Solo Q'er, it's very obvious you have rigged matchmaking. I've never played a game where the quality of teammates drops so drastically after a win, while the competition is boosted up on steroids...And stays there for a good duration of future games.
This isn't just a one or two time experience, and other solo Q'ers will surely confirm this matchmaking behavior. It has been happening for well over a year now which is what helps me confidently saying, you 100% have rigged matchmaking.
And yeah, yeah, yeah...we know it's your own patented EOMM/SBMM system that you worked really hard on.
But...it also really sucks!

Disheartening to know that the game will still be riddled with technical issues come next season’s launch. Dulls a bit of the hype, to be honest.

I can’t imagine how frustrating this matchmaking system is for new players. Sure your first games will have new players as well. But after a while you will still just be out in sweat lobbies the matchmaking is so bad

How come everyone is attracted to the small outlook over Hammond Labs on Olympus like moth to a lamp? There's almost no loot, you get rushed from all sides, escaping and hising is almost impossible. It's practically certain death in a king-of-the-hill kinda way.

I'm probably the most fucking tilted I've ever gotten in this game. Join ranked, teamed with a duo that are together, I go down in a first fight but did damage, they don't respawn me at all. I put in chat "hello?". One of them on mic says "goodnight" and then when my body dies, they grab my banner so I have to stay even longer. They tbag my body for like a minute straight and shoot at it.
I have it on video. I know it's stupid as shit, but is there anything at all I can do? I'm so fucking livid. I don't have much time to play and this is the shit I have to deal with? Fucking pricks.

Its amazing how some players still don't ever seem use their abilities. I think I can count on one hand the amount of times a recon team mate has scanned a beacon.

My favorite part of every game being a solo game in duo's is that it doesn't change your competition at all. You're still up against pred stacks. Good times. This game is broken.

Loba main here. But when another teammate chooses Loba, why do they NEVER use their ult!?!? It’s already hard being away from my shop but it’s even harder when teammates don’t use it or use it once in the entire game!

For god sake, fix the server, fix the matchmaking.
I'm so done wirh playing with low level players who would just loot the entire match just to die in the first fight we get, the horizon and octane with spitfire meta has to go, it's not fun and it's frustrating af.

Just wanted to say, I’ve been playing this game since release and have been hunting the 4k damage 20 kill badge since forever. Gave up many times, got close many times, and gave up hope. Today I got the 4k and 20 bomb same game! You guys can do it!

Don't get me wrong. I'm excited for season 9 but I have 0 hopes for anything to be actually fixed. Servers will still be shit and will become shitter. Audio is bad, bugs

I’ve dropped from mid plat 3 to almost bottom plat 4 this afternoon. I can’t believe how different the game plays at different times of day and how awful randoms are on fridays.
I wish public matches had stakes and team mates that didn’t back out immediately. It’s so frustrating that I can’t play either mode for enjoyment after a work week.

They really need to lower gunshot sound range, or at the very least make the barrel stabilizers work as dampeners as well. Literally 9/10 times you get into a fight, you get 3rd partied. When the most effective way to win games is just hide until you hear gunshots and then 3rd party people, something is fucked up.
