Garnet’s my favorite heroine. One reason I live ff9 the best is because the game is just as much a consideration of her story as well as Zidane’s (as well as Vivi’s, as well as Steiner’s, as well as Freya’s, as well as Beatrix’s, as well as...). Garnet has such a great story.

I love FF IX but Zidane is a terrible person and doesn't do much to deserve a happy ending with Garnet.

I would rate FF IX much higher if not for Zidane. Garnet is pretty awesome, I just wish she had a better opposite. The world is one of my favorites, love Steiner, and Vivi is adorable.

One of the best characters. Deceptively deep. First she seems like the usual damsel in distress, but the layers get added beautifully. 9 had some of the greatest characters in the whole franchise
