Does your game drop frames, especially in a gunfight?

1 ： Anonymous：2020/04/10 23:06 ID: fyr5ng: I have a monitor with an FPS counter and my game will go to 40 or lower FPS at times and ALWAYS in a gunfight. For people who pay attention to frames, do you have the same issue? I play on a One X so I thought I wouldn't have this issue.

I have barely anything on my hard drive but suspected that and started running the game off of an SSD. But the same thing happens.
