I’m thinking about getting Spider-Man, Valhalla or Final Fantasy XIV myself. I’m curious if there are other good games to buy right now for their price during the sale.

ID: gzufx7xID: gzusma8Might just not be for you, I noticed many people have a hard time. I was intrigued by the story and the mystery surrounding this world and the robots. It starts slow, then it peaks up but I gotta say, mid-game towards the end it feels like a slug for a few missions, it deviated from the things I was interested in finding out. Anyway, still one of the top 5 last-gen games for me.
ID: gzv0rffI started playing and then didn't touch in for like 6 months, tried it again and once the story gets going it gets better.(had a similar experience with Control)

I'm tempted by Demon's Souls but it's a pretty tiny discount and I doubt I'd be able to finish it before Ratchet & Clank drops in a couple weeks.

I'm saving my money for Rachet and Clank but I think I'll pick up the Ultimate upgrade for MK11. I bought the base game when it launched

Some of the sales are pretty bad. In Australia, a 17% off sale brings Spider-Man MM down from $95 to $79. So it's now what a full priced physical copy of a PS4 game would be on release. Sackboy's 14% off sale is pretty bad too. $110 down to $95.
On the other hand, TLOU2 has a juicy 57% off sale which is really nice.

Sackboy so far. The game is terrific, feels very Mario-esque and it’s beautiful looking. Loving it.

ID: gzvbqakFor me, I keep starting and stopping it, I’m not sure why. I’m in the 2nd palace, maybe 20hrs in. I think I’m not super interested in the mechanics of your team of personas still? It’s hard to tell in battle when I should be trying to kill outright, or get more money or items, or should I be trying to get that xp for a persona or not (it’s hard to tell what difference being higher level makes). It seems like combat is a mini puzzle of “how can you finish combat in the first round” and I’m not sure it’s jiving with me so far.

Spider Man. Might pick up Doom, though I’m not much of an FPS guy. $5 is too good to pass on.

ID: gzts2w4Sekiro was my GOTY for 2019 and in my top 5 favorite games of the decade this past decade so I can’t praise it enough, but it IS a challenging game to start but I absolutely love love love it, this is the lowest I’ve seen it digitally so I’d say check it out if you are interested

I got into Resident Evil series literally 2 weeks ago. Started with 7 on sale to test the water, last week I finished Village. Today I bought Resident Evil 2 remake. I think I'm officially a fan of the series now.

Final fantasy 14 is the only sale that’s tempting me, most of the others are too low.
Not sure if I want to sign up for a monthly fee tho, i fucking hate subscription style gaming. It makes me feel obligated to constantly play the one game that I have to keep paying for rather than ever making any progress on my backlog.
I probably shouldn’t buy ff14 but damned if I don’t love FF games, so I hate to miss out on a decent game

Bought The Outer Worlds Season Pass today.

Played and finished bloodborne recently and now I’m playing through dark souls 3. I’m gonna continue this train of despair and grab Sekiro to play next.

ID: gzumgbzBloodborne is great. I highly recommend it. It’s tough (you will die..a lot) but once you get the hang of things it’s very fun.

Imo none. I might borrow returnal to give it a try. Not a fan of rouge likes/lites but figured at minimum its worth a try.
Ill be picking up ratchet and clank when it comes lut for sure though.

I bought Fenyx Rising and am loving it. I'll probably get GOT before the sale ends.
There's a great deal on Far Cry 5 and New Dawn but there's been no patch to make it 60fps, which is a shame.
