Thats kind of the opposite side of "portable" convenience but they both have such a major impact on a game.

I thought this genre wasn't for me, until I started playing Returnal.... Will definitely check out Hades, the depth of the story and lore are very impressive.... plus the gameplay looks really fun

Loved them all. Story and rewards are more engaging in Hades. Secret stuff, items way more fun in ETG. Returnal won in raw combat.

I thought this genre was for me UNTIL I played Returnal...... I don't know what it is but I got bored after beating the first boss and I stopped having fun. Really disappointing.
But I am for sure giving Hades a try. I'm not sure why it seems so much better to me, I think it's the progression even if you die in Hades. I felt like in Returnal when I died I just wasted all that time for nothing, and it just felt like how good I did was just based on luck with drops and which levels were generated more than anything.
ID: h1oahnyHades got me into roguelikes and easily broke 100 hours on it. It's one of those games you can pick up again at any time months later and pump another 10 hours into it for fun. Definitely worth it!

Got tired of playing this on the Switch Lite screen. This will be a day one buy for sure. It’s great.

ID: h1n7vc7Absolutely. The way they give you lore and advance the plot is really smart. You don’t mind the grind. And then the game just keeps evolving. It’s as good as everyone says.

Love it, Have a solid 15 or so hours on the Switch, but my dumb paws can't handle controller intensive games on switch-handheld without getting cramped up. Hopefully they take the time and try integrating some Dual Sense features into it.

So how Hard will it be get the platinum trophy?
ID: h1nbj2kIf they just port over the steam trophies not hard but very very time consuming. I bailed at 50 hours when I decided I wanted to wait until a PS version came out but I’ve seen a lot of people in the hades sub at the time posting their 100% screenshots all within the 100-150 hour range.

ID: h1nik19I have around 90 hours on steam and I'm still missing a few achievements. The hardest one is getting an escape at 32 heat, which is essentially a challenge run ("heat" is added by run modifiers that increase difficulty. 32 is a lot, but doable.)
I will probably go for this platinum even after getting the steam achievements. It's just such a fantastic game that I welcome an excuse to do it all over again.

Maybe I’m going to buy it for ps5 just to support the developers. I really enjoyed it on pc and with Bastion.

Bought this on PC and absolutely loved it, but I stopped playing because all to often recently I resent sitting at my desk to play games (maybe because I started working from home). Already pre ordered for PS5. Can't wait to jump back in.

Why is this not 120 FPS? The graphics seem like they should allow for it.
