You'd think they'd aquire bluepoint and housemarque by now but nope. It's probably because sony doesn't have enough money to buy studios.

ID: h2frz27They have quite a lot of money to buy studio. I don't willing to do so, I don't know why. They have also allocated 18 billion dollar for acquisition in 3 years, for whole Sony grp, and it would be foolish if they don't buy some studio for PS has it is their most profitable business.

That said, shame they went with RE5 Chris instead of dad bod Chris from village.

And making a psvr version would be akin to a remake, as the new controllers and method of tracking make it a brand new thing thats not compatible.

Obviously wouldn't have sold as many combined, but would have been a smash S rank hit.

ID: h2gs2w3For £20 and less it’s okay. But it loses the charm of RE2 for example zombies don’t have physics similar to RE2 and Nemesis doesn’t really chase you as advertised. The demo section is basically the whole of nemesis chasing you around and the rest is just scripted segments. It doesn’t really have the same love put in to Re2 remake. You are better off just saving your money and get Re8

I’d love a bundle of the classic RE games from the PlayStation. The remakes are fantastic but those old school games are still very much worth a play through.
ID: h2g1vrsI really think they should have included the original versions with the remakes. Would have been cool for those who never played them. I loved the original part two but never played part three.

REmakes are a separate universe
ID: h2fdhgqDoes it matter? The stories play out similarly enough, and there isn't anything that changes that would stop someone from understanding the dumb story if they played REmake 1, 2, and 3, and then played code Veronica -8.
ID: h2ff6zwYea I really don't get people who even care about the RE story after CV and RE4 lol like it just goes insane in Code Veronica and continues to go insane from there on out. At least 1-3 originals were somewhat grounded in reality.

Ran out of ammo. Couldn't figure out how to equip the knife. Deleted RE7.
Can I equip the knife, and switch from gun to knife when I want? Help a brother out guys.
ID: h2fmaa2There are D-pad shortcuts for up to 4 items, and I think the handgun and knife will automatically be set to some of those. You can also always change your equipped item from the inventory menu. RE7 is great, definitely give it another shot!

Wish they'd remake the original. I can't stand the camera angles. It needs to be modernized to be a behind the shoulder camera.

Res evil 1 is what made me get my fist console, PS1. Loved everything about that game at the time.
