You guys that are asking for a next gen patch need to realize that you're dealing with Rockstar.....we are getting GTA V for 3rd time.....let that sink in.

ID: h4dvdulYeah and they wont give us a "patch". They will give us a remaster for $69.99...the game is good enough to buy twice. But dont expect Rockstar to do ANYTHING for free. Even the GTAO for PS5 they are giving away is only free because its a mtx haven. And you wont get the single player for free. You will likely have to rebuy it for $30-$40 maybe even $50!

ID: h4eeqqzI honestly don't care if it's paid or not, but it'd be nice to hear if it's actually planned. I'm hoping they might mention something about it at the State of Play stream, but that's a very small chance.
The game sold 37 million units in under 3 years, so I'm fully expecting a re-release, but we need some kind of confirmation.
