Their is a modding tool for YR where you can edit everything for example having Prizm tanks shooting distance far lol and also having Chrono Legionaires teleport cooldown to zero where once you teleport, you can teleport again without having a cooldown. Or my favorite one i play Yuri faction and have Allied and Soviet buildings, weapons lol

ID: h916vxuOpenRA does a fantastic job making it run on modern computers but you'd need the original disks as far as I remember
ID: h91xid0You do for the cutscenes and music. EA released both games for free back in 2007 and 2008 respectively and websites have preserved the files after they were taken down.
You could also use CnCNet to play the games and they have the free ones available for download too (which also includes Tiberian Sun).

Everything with Yuri's revenge and before those were some of the funnest CnC games ever....I had fun with Zero hour and after ZH, the games went down the toilet.
