Not a video game story, but when I was trying to watch Metal Gear Solid 4 the DVD menu kept pulling me into these strangely interactive menues. Anybody know if there is a way to diaable them? I'm just trying to watch the movie.

Not a hub world but the literal very first "level" or area or whatever you wanna call it in Jet Force Gemini. After you land and walk through the first door there's a decently big open area with the only way to progress being shooting down these 3 vertically oriented flying enemies...well 8 year old me never quite figured out that you could hold the Z button to actually aim your gun instead of just firing it straight in front of you...
