ID: hvflqm6OH MY GAWD This hurt to read. Had a game last night. I was the kill leader. I was running out of ammo from slapping people so hard (I'm not amazing, I was just in a really easy lobby). We were out of combat. I had 9 kills, both teammates had zero. I told them I was looking for ammo. Another squad comes up. They don't see us. I tell my team mates to not engage because I don't have ammo. They both engage. They both die. Then they spam their death boxes like I'm supposed to save them. I tried. I shouldn't have. Made it to final 3 squads though.

It's fun to land there every so often and there's a lot of viable poison to drop. Solo queuing is a pain tho

Fragment itself is fine as a POI. But when you have one area of the map that is so wildly popular that 1 random squad mate is almost guaranteed to split off and land there regardless of where the other 2 land, the map is unsustainable.

ID: hvfnssmIt’s entirely their own fault which makes it worse to the point of being downright brain dead . The most popular spots prior to season 10 were Fragment, Refinery, sorting factory, and train yard. Destroying 3 and only leaving the most popular one intact was begging to create the loot simulator situation we’re in now.

I get that the idea is if you can survive it you get better, but the reality is kids who like dropping her die instantly then ping 10000 times. Then DC.
WE is my least favorite map by far but it’s the pro scene so it gets support, I would love map selection, but apparently that’s not a good thing? Who knows why, games 20 years old (CS) let you choose from 15-20+ maps… games still rocking… this BR is the most played by far, they made one billion last year, audio sucks and we get stuck with two maps for an entire season. At least this new season is saying three maps in rotation, but why they haven’t enabled map selection yet is still unclear.

I don't get the issue, just land at Lava Siphon and 9/10 times you'll have consistent fights throughout the game.

ID: hvf2dp9Yeah, Countdown, Lava Siphon, Skyhook and sometimes Big Maude and Climatizer are all good choices (dependent on drop ship path).

Well this happen because they destroy sorting factory. Before it was 3-7 team at sorting factory and 3-7 team at fragment depend on dropship which at least spread apart. Now it most 0-3 team at lava whatever and half or more at fragment while the rest of the map 1/4 other. Destroying 2nd biggest hot spot sorting factory was the worst thing to do which lead to the flood of player landing at fragment

I get people want action and kills etc, people want fights. But I don’t understand 14 people landing in one building that doesn’t even have enough guns for a single squad.

Unpopular opinion: I like the fun and chaos hit dropping fragment brings. I’m truly going to miss it
And watching Aceu solo hot drop into the streamer building and absolutely body everyone around him is always fun to watch

honestly its frag east > all POI’s imo. now hear me out, if doing a loot sim, encountering 3 squads and working your way to a win is your cup of tea, i get it. i like it. but i love the action of having 45 ppl packed into a small POI waging war on each other, keeps the adrenaline pumping and makes you a better situational player
