The bullets are unironically that big. It was easiest to see this in the original Titanfall where the magazine had a window where you could actually get a look at em.

ID: hxi8v6dOh in the original titanfall and titanfall 2 it kills in one shot period. Head, torso, arms, legs, toes even. The amped version with explosive rounds could even do some respectable damage to unshielded titans if you hit their weak spots.

The thing is legit an anti-massive robot and titan(ish) gun. It is a warcrime to shoot another with this, as said in i believe tf2.

So it's probably either chambered in .50 BMG, the American/NATO heavy machine gun/anti material cartridge, or in 12.7 x 108, it's Soviet/Russian counterpart, which would better line up with the 14.5mm Russian cartridge used in Titanfall.
