I want players who won't get butthurt if we chat after the match to figure out what went well and what we could improve upon. Players who don't get passive aggressive if you offer constructive criticism. Players who care more about making sure their teammate gets rezzed than increasing their kdr.

I am currently learning Gibby and Revenant. Experienced with Lifeline and Octane, too.
