it's not active rn, but i checked file location it led to me to SVChost.exe.

Try using Malwarebytes and scan your pc. I had this thing a few years back. It turned out to be a malware.

Install Malwarebytes, most likely your PC is infected by a rootkit where the malware is hogging your PC hardware.
