Hi folks,
I’m hoping to find some like-minded players to play with and to join our club (Third Party Police). It feels like getting someone that’s decent at the game, while also has good coms and isn’t toxic, feels like I’m searching for the holy grail. As a result, I’ve been putting together a small group of players who have a similar mindset towards the game, so that we have good teammates to play with more regularly.
If this sounds like something you’d be interested in joining, then there are a few requirements. The requirements exist to ensure that everyone in the group can have a good experience playing the game with one another:
Toxic behaviour or harassment isn’t tolerated. This is the first point on this list because it’s the most important. No one needs to be belittled because of how they play in a video game. Mics are required. In general, we think communication leads to a better experience when playing. Both due to strategic benefits, but also, the social experience is simply better if you can chat to your teammates. Ages 18+ only. Often when I search for folks to play with on the ApexLFG or discord, the players I encounter are very young. The last child I played with in a ranked game spilled his dinner on his lap, began to bawl and then his Dad pulled the plug on his Playstation. As a result of these experiences, the community is exclusively for people of 18 years of age and up. We’re looking for people that enjoy team play and want to work together to win and get better, together. There are no specific skill requirements, but it’s a good trait if you communicate and aim to improve as you play.Some of us in the group are more competitive, and some of us are less so. Some of us play ranked, and some of us don’t. Personally I like to improve and get better at the game, but I haven’t had much interest in ranked play since season 5. In any case, the community is designed to support a broad range of player abilities and playstyles.
For members we have three facilities that are helpful for grouping together. Discord, a PS4/5 party chat, and also the in-game club. Our in-game club is named Third Party Police, and our tag is 3PP.
