I know people have been saying it’s gotten worse, but in the last few days it feels like someone hit a switch. I’ve complained about it in the past but I feel as though half my gunfights now just have to do with luck since I end up dropping dead 5 feet behind cover most of the time from a headshot. Anyone else feeling this way?

Watched Landmark die at least five times in a row tonight.

I hate to add to the amount of desync complaints, but dude got clapped behind a wall a good second and a half after he took cover.
I'm not smart enough to know the answer, but I do know it looks like it's getting worse, not better. Here's hoping...

I'm never one to say "I died to desync" like, ever, but dude EVERYBODY in my squad has noticed it this weekend, shooting a scav 5 times after, clearly, he should have died to the second shot, and him finally going down, looting containers taking forever, rubber banding like its cool, the pot got stirred this weekend theres no doubt about that
ID: gq6qlvl100% dude I forgot about the scavs. Shot a scav square in the face on interchange today and saw the blood hit the wall behind him. Literally starts moving 2 seconds later shooting back at me. Crazy

You are absolutely right. Bodies constantly applying ragdoll force as you go toward to loot them, opening containers/searching containers/grabbing items from containers taking forever, the queue times are terrible as well. I've only been scav'ing so as to not lose gear to this bullshit but now my stash is nearly full (EOD).
ID: gq6nqtySame here dude. I’ve been doing way more scav runs after losing a lot of my money on kits. That and trying to rat interchange for graphics cards without seeing anyone

Yeah the desync has been pretty damn bad, especially on customs for me. Really hope they fix it soon because I love Tarky 🙁

cant they spent a bit of all that EOD cash on a bit more server space? I asked my friend the other day if he plays Tarkov, and the first thing he said was “isn’t the optimization absolute shit” and I was like “...yup”

Yep, i dunno if its a recent update or if game population has increased due to a streamer or youtuber playing more often but the servers have taken a real dump the past ~2 weeks

It feel worse. All honesty. Hate to be that guy, but it got worse after past update.

Today is the worst desync i have seen so far. I’m dying 15 feet behind cover, taking fall damage 5 seconds after the fall, dead body’s spazzing out, and items not being able to be picked up. They really need to figure out what’s going on and find a solution, the games unplayable like this.
