Hello fellow PMCs, its the Wiki again.
With patch 0.12.12 most likely dropping in less than 24 hours, we want to remind you of some things.
Our team works on the wiki as volunteers in their free time, meaning we don't get paid for it.
We are currently only a handful of active editors and especially at this time, due to holidays, even less.
We will add and update the most important pages like the new location, quests and ammunition as fast as possible, but other things could take multiple days or even weeks to be available in our usual quality.
Even tho we are the official wiki for Tarkov, BSG isn't giving us information. We are players like you, who love the game, and we depend on players to get the information we need to keep the wiki up to date.
If you see something is wrong or missing, feel free to edit or create a page yourself. Don't worry about doing something wrong, we can and will fix everything if needed.
For those of you who can't or don't want to edit: Please come to our Discord server and tell us what you found and we will add it for you. Since we will mostly update the wiki instead of playing, we need as many helpful hands as possible.
Everyone is appreciated. It will not only help us, but the whole community!

As always, the wiki volunteers are the true kings of EFT. How many players kept playing because they found out where the fucking bronze pocket watch is, let alone where it's god forsaken key is, by looking it up on the wiki?

Hey, friendly reminder for when making maps to orient them North facing up. I know bsg sends out maps south up sometimes… hopefully we can get these ones off the hop

As a fairly new player, the Wiki has been the only thing keeping me from uninstalling at times. The game would be lItErAlLy UnPlAyAbLe (but actually tho) without you guys. Hope the coming weeks are more enjoyable than stressful, good luck and thank you!

Always found it weird how the game is designed so that you need to do external research, but there is no official place for that. Good on you guys for maintaining such a great wiki. Can't believe the devs don't feed you information.

I'm sad that you guys had to come here to say something so obvious. This is a F-ing Wiki. If the information you're looking for is missing , go find out and create the page for others to be able to have the information. It's a collaborative work , no one is entitled to anything.
