I never understood why my PMC decides to angle his head at a 45-degree angle the second he shoots a higher recoil gun, it's like he gets possessed or something lol

ID: hr9bxu4Standing with 7.62 nato rifle, this is not far of base. The only difference is the barrel would be higher than your head. Fals can full auto. Doesn’t mean you should outside a prone braced position. See it’s use in the Falklands war.

Didn’t they remove camera recoil in 12.10 or something? I hate that the gun’s recoil isn’t the main issue, it’s your PMC’s neck snapping at a 45 degree angle
ID: hr9bcbgThere was an easily replicated bug that removed camera recoil, everyone liked it, so BSG toned down camera recoil across the board.

ID: hr8xtxpYeah I'm not sure why either, I understand if your head jerks because you were shot by somebody and going through shock, however most people keep their eyes forward when shooting a gun so its odd why you would look up left and right during recoil

I could understand that kind of recoil if you’re a little kid holding a gun for the first time, but these are trained mercenary’s right? I would think the recoil would be more controlled. Lol
ID: hr7wvp0The real kicker is, the rifle isn't even recoiling that much, it's just the bobble head PMC that can't keep his neck straight. The barrel actually rocks back downward, the way it would in real life, but you can barely tell bc Bobby Bobblehead is looking at his light bulbs.

I am a novice still at Shooting my ar probably scarcely 1000 rounds through, there definitely a degree of snappiness and a little visual distortion of your surroundings when you rapidly fire but idk how they'd represent that without making it super easy to full auto all the time.

ID: hr9ccjyA trained soldier will be able to keep their eyes on target. But controlling a short stroke .308 rifle on full auto from a standing position will never be controllable outside the most experienced, familiar with the weapon, soldiers. Not to mention raw strength and poise.

for people trying to use mods or skill level as an excuse please tell me how its even remotely close recoil to this
Also PSA in the video I am compensating for the recoil when I start firing I bring the irons down to about 3m Infront of me on the floor. If I do not compensate at all the gun will aim about 1.5m above that first target without any mouse input

ID: hr7wtvsI've shot a full-auto Israeli FAL and this is exactly my experience. From my very first mag I was able to control the rifle in bursts. I dumped a mag at the very end of my time with the rifle and it was relatively easy to stay on the 50m silhouette. Obviously, there's a lot of impulse because it's a big round but muzzle climb/bounce was minimal.

Try the VSS Vintorez its like shoulder firing a BTR’s 30mm cannon. Completely unusable even in semi automatic

What's crazy is they fixed the camera recoil last wipe or the one before it and it was one of the best changes ever. It's basically reverted now and looks like shit again on most guns.

Doubt the FAL is ever coming back, nikita seems pretty pressed on the general opinion of reddit these days and the overwhelming group thought before this wipe was recoil needs to be nerfed and more like pubg. While i dont agree with that, and the FAL in tarkov has a special place in my heart as one of my favorites in any game, it was honestly broken and OP and needed to be balanced especially in the m62 days.
Reddit didn’t like to talk about the fact that only a handful of platforms fully modded with meta parts were laser beams, but now we got more recoil across the board anyway.

If they want the fucking gun to be balanced okay increase the recoil then.
Doesn't mean make the weapon completely unusable because of shitty camera kick.
If this is their solution to fixing meta weapons do the same shit to m4. But they wont since you can lower the recoil for the damn thing easily.
