I have a funny bug too.
Since last patch i cant have firefox open while i play shoreline. Like this specific combo doenst work. EFt Shuts down and takes firefox with it. Every other combination works, for example firefox and any other map or shoreline with any other browser.

ID: guwbs68Funny, I get the same too. I stopped leaving browsers open when playing, but couldn’t drop discord. Crashing would close tarkov and either crash/freeze discord, or close discord as well. Always happened at the worst times, cost me too many kits, made me too upset, so I’ve stopped playing.
Tarkov is truly a uniquely broken game. My old power supply would pop/spark (like once an hour), only when playing tarkov. I’ve never seen that before. Took a break for a couple months, it stopped sparking. First time playing the game since, it started again.

there was a bug on arma 3 where if your PC's sound quality was set too high, it caused a FPS drop/freeze when too many / too loud of sounds happened on the map.ID: guvfj2rIf I had to guess, its because mil-sims have massive maps compared to other multiplayer games

In like 0.8 when I played alot of shoreline, I couldn't go to resort with firefox open because it would overflow my ram (16gb) cause my whole PC to lockup for like 5 mins and then eventually crash both programs. They optimized shoreline to where this didn't happen but I'm assuming they broken something with the last patch so it uses alot more ram again causing this issue.

been having the same issue for the last 24+ hours. reconnecting back into the raid doesn't help either.

I noticed i have had a similar thing recently but with fps. Every few raids if i get close to a player i get like 1-2 second fps drop.

Fortunately I don't have this bug. The bug I have instead is like a radar. Every time a player gets near me my game drops to about 5fps and becomes unplayable. If I hide for a few minutes eventually the game stops stuttering and returns to normal. It's as if the game is struggling to load the other players when I get near them. This doesn't happen for AI scavs.

There are a lot of dc bugs since last patch. I hope it gets fixed fast. Unstable servers are gonna kill this game.

This happens to me except when I reconnect I can't move and then get dced again with the sky in the backround. Its fucked.

Having the same issue/had the same issue. I tried Flushing my DNS and it "seems" to have fixed it? (I did a scav and killed another player scav and didn't disconnect) But I'm not sure if it's fully the fix. But yes starting on this patch i've experienced the same problem

I've noticed a ton of stuttering in the start of raids, as well as when I come across other PMCs. I feel like I've gone back in time a few patches where I feel like I can anticipate another PMC in the area based off when I get stutters as the match progresses.
The beginning of reserve raids have been brutal for me. I won't disconnect but I'll have huge lag spikes and be immobile for 15-30 seconds. My buddy who I partied in with will be fine though. My PC hardware is on par with his if not slightly ahead.

I’ve been getting one where my ping spikes to 200 or so. Then it kicks me, and whenever I rejoin I get a few seconds before it kicks me again. Yet this just seems to happen in random raids and every time the raid right after hasn’t had any issues. I’m not sure if it’s my internet or the server. Has anyone else had this? I get a message saying something along the lines of “kicked due to high ping”. On Aus servers.

I have a weird one. Ever since last patch I cannot be in a discord channel and play at the same time. Without fail, once I spawn it changes my discord status to "connecting". As soon as I am out I can talk again. I know that it's not DNS. I know that its not my routing stack.
There is basically no other people experiencing this as far as google goes. Don't play tarkov because of it.
These developers certainly do some things that are not best practice.

One thing to mention. Don't play on WiFi but have a ethernet cable attached to your computer.

Same exact thing happened to me a year or so ago. It went on for weeks. I stopped playing for a while and eventually it worked again. It was ALWAYS when I approached a player. Most frustrating thing.

Had the exact same issue in the last days. Also tried everything you described plus using a vpn, nothing solved the issue.
I switched to my mobile hotspot, not one disconnect after that. -
big brain idea, packet sniff before you connect to server. note down which servers are ass. blacklist those servers on your end. saves headache. unless its all servers then nvm

Did you lose the labs keycard last night or about 10 hours ago coming out of Rasmussen in Interchange? If so that was me. I thought something was acting up. The guy just started running in place after engaging me with a couple shots and he had a labs keycard on em.
