I've stopped shooting scavs while scav running in a hope to experience something like this, as I think it's cool if scavs have some sort of code of honour.

Fingers crossed it'll happen one day, though so far I either get a wiggle and we both run off, or I just get shot in the face, but I'll keep trying.

I never kill friendly player scavs. The random tedward the npc? Eeehhhhhhhh he tripped comrade! Very sad. Is nice very nice ak74 tho.

There will be more of this coming with the scav karma system I imagine. People playing as scavs will be much more willing to not kill player scavs cuz it’ll fuck up ur karma and deny certain benefits

Good on you. I was having a bad week and needed some income so I ran a scav on Customs with specific objectives in mind. Unfortunately I spawned near Big Red when I needed to be across the river. I decided to risk the bridge, where unbeknownst to me a player scav was camping. He popped his cover and, recognizing him to be a scav and hoping for a friendly encounter, I hesitated. He did not. Bastard.

I had some friendly scavs on shoreline and we tried to take on some pmc's. it was fun but we had no luck and died very quickly.

Honestly, I hope Scav karma encourages more of this.
Shit like this would make it *real* interesting clearing out areas, especially if there are lingering pmcs.

Reminds me of this one time I had a picnic with another scav on woods. We threw down what food we had and then ate it all, and afterwards we protected each other and headed to extract after trading some stuff.

I've been meeting tons of friendly scavs on interchange over the last week. Breaks my heart watching my brothers get gunned down in firefights to never see them again 🙁
