ID: h1ri6yoWell it depends on how much money you have and what maps you need help with. If it's woods and you have an okay amount of money I'd grab a HK-416 with the setup you saw in the video. Just remember to use m995 and then you can use the same zeroing as I do to hit your shots. Overall if you just want to finish SBIH and you're not used to sniping I would recommend a semi-auto gun with a high muzzle velocity.
Edit: If you think sniping is fun then grab a bolt action like the T-5000 and M993 ammo. 1030m/s and the most satisfying gun in the game

ID: h1sb0rrFor SBIH i always use an suppressed adar with an valday or the 1/4x elcan. Fast bullets, low drop and in the old days you didnt have the chance to oneshot the thorax when using M80 instead.

So wait, I’ve been sniping and I’m curious. Do you just not have to lead your shot that much? I figured with an HK you would have to lead it by a lot but you barely moved it? I’ve been leading shots a lot with a dvl just from like 200m, am I just over compensating or are you doing the zeroing thing?
ID: h1rtydyI'm zeroing my shots, it helps a lot when shooting at 400+ meters since it becomes hard to land a fast shots when you have to find mildot number 4-5. I use a HK416 with 1067m/s muzzle velocity so the bullet drop is about the same as on my DVL with M993. Just remember that you can't trust the numbers, just practise in where you're zero is perfect on different spots and forget about what number it says it the bottom. But if you want to try then you can see my numbers in the video. Zeroed at 300 when shooting 350-390m 390-440m I zero at 350 and when shooting 440-500m I zero my guns at 400. It all depends on your ammo and velocity though.
ID: h1rzhw3I was under the assumption that zeroing actually doesn’t help at all or little to no difference. So I just quit doing it but if you are hitting shots like that and zeroing to nail them like in this clip then I guess I’m gonna go back to doing that. Maybe that’s been my issue lately. I totally forgot about the ammo type as well. Thanks for the helpful info! Gonna try to improve my shots with this. 🙂

That's some excellent sniping!
I use the Hensoldt FF scope too, its a great scope, very underrated. I use the NightForce multimount so I can side mount a Deltapoint reflex sight as well, so I have red dot, 4x and 16x.
