There is an issue with the latest update of the tarkov launcher getting picked up by antivirus software.
The Devs are aware and the only fix at the moment is to whitelist the game. -

i let it avg bypass the virus software but its telling me im not picking a valid location with the game now? i only have one folder with eft and it is still saying its not a valid location with the game. so idk if its still just the virus issue or the game isnt detecting my game files now? super frustrated and confused

ID: h245cf9Did AVG quarinteen a file maybe? see if you can find any reports saying that it has removed files. You should have two folders at least, one will be the launcher itself then another will contain the game files?

I've got banned after updating the game to. I wasn't cheating or anything just updated the game and got banned.

I tried updating my launcher, tried logging in but failed so I reset my password, then had to do a ridiculous amount of captcha and finally when I pressed authorise with the new password it gave me an error message then I pressed it twice more and now it says I’m banned? I also got an email saying I logged in from a new hardware even though I didn’t? Can someone help?

Antiviruses everywhere now recognise Tarkov as the virus it is due to game-breaking lack of wipes.

My game inventory won’t load after new update! Just spinning and spinning, typical Tarkov. Make new updates only to make the game worse
ID: h2597viSo this just happened to my buddy just now. If you have nortan security or virus protection on he turned it off and restarted his computer. Clear your cash and check integrity of game files and it was fixed
