Patch 12.11 Bugs Megathread

Welcome to the Patch 12.11 Bug/Issue Megathread. This thread will be used to consolidate all bugs and issues that users of the subreddit encounter. BSG will be monitoring this thread for issues so please make sure to follow the appropriate template below when posting the bug or issue that you encounter in the game. Please understand that because of this all threads made about an issue or bug will be removed and be redirected to post in the comments. Before posting your own bug/issue please check the comments to see if someone else has already posted and if they have add your own template to theirs. This will allow us to easily see how many people are affected by it. Any comment made that doesn't follow the format or contribute to the thread about an issue will be removed

Bug Template

Please make sure to submit a report through the bug launcher before making your comment. If you've already reached the daily bug report limit please indicate that in your comment. (remove this comment if we get confirmation that BSG is lifting the 1 bug report per day limit)

Support Ticket: (This is important to include as it allows BSG to reference logs and other details that can't be provided in a post.)

A detailed description of the problem. Please include steps to reproduce the problem, if the problem is easily reproducible, does it only happen in certain situations, with certain gear, on certain maps, etc. Basically the more information you can provide the better.

Video or images to help illustrate the problem. We recommend uploading screenshots to imgur and videos to You Tube. Please remember that you can add links in your bug report through the launcher.

You may be wondering why we ask you to post all of this information even though you've already submitted it through the launcher. The reasons for this is for multiple parties to be able to quickly reference the the megathread and get an accurate assessment of the scale of the bug being reported as the Official EFT Discord will also be funneling information to them as well.

General Issue Template

This template is for other issues such as performance and server issues. We ask that those wanting to report a performance issue to please double check your in game video settings to make sure nothing was changed in there as sometimes an update will reset those settings.

Was playing shoreline and could not extract at any listed extract making it impossible to survive

Chose Josh (USEC 3) as voice but got USEC 1 voice instead. Happen to anyone else?

Unable to insure stuff !

228 - ItemsMoving [Insure] bad items

Picked USEC 3 voice but it’s given me USEC 1 and same with my mate

Tried extracting as a scav on shoreline, both South fence and Lighthouse didn't work. Couldn't reach basement in time and timed out. Both times extraction timer ticked down but i was stuck in raid. both used extraction points then turned green for me in the list. never had this happen before.

My group and I are unable to send or receive party invites.

If your head gets blacked, you can still use a CMS kit on it, but it doesn't heal your head. I does consume a use though.

Can't invite friends. Invites don't come through or "unknown error" and the game crashes.

It should be fixed now (works for us at least) - if not try to just wait, it poped up after some time at first.

Currently on shoreline, have tried two extracts and neither work, rock passage, and road to customs. Waiting in rock passage right now for over a minute. Raid code UQBS

Update: sat in pier boat extract which was also up, until the timer ran out and i got MIA. Happy wipe day lol

seems that USEC 3 voice (Josh) is bugged right now, all my callouts are using the USEC 1 voice. bsg plz fix

I can't insure any items in the inventory menu or the insure screen before the raid. The error message is 228 - ItemsMoving[Insure]: bad items

P.s. don't insure anything! If you insure a few items and bump into this bug, it will delete the insurance off of all items in the stash.

Crashing the second I join a party/try and enter queue now. Tried sending crash report and it rejected me lmao

Voice is not correctly selected.

So me and my friend plays bear and we both chose different voice Mikhail and Sergei, but in game we both get the same voice which is Alexander voice. don't know if this is a problem on USEC aswell hope this gets fixed 🙂 it's more fun the more variety in voices

Chose Josh as USEC voice, didn't get that one.

FOR THE LOVE OF GOD FIX THE EXTRACTS ON SHORELINE

Shoreline scav, had Lighthouse, Road to customs and south fence, went to road and lighthouse, both had green timers start but didn't extract me. raid ran out of time and went MIA after this so couldn't test the third.

Can't extract on road to customs on shoreline.

Couldnt extract at rock passage either

biggest bug for me... USEC voice 3 aka josh is not voice line 3. I hope they fix this. edit: the voice for in game with that voice do not match the main menu selection screen currently.

Major Bug: Cannot extract on shoreline!

Tried exiting via rock passage and road to tarkov. I even restarted and reconnected to no avail. Seems to suggest server side issue

i couldn't exfil in shoreline tried multiple exfils and restarting the game. This happened as a scav twice and once as a pmc. lost over 700k worth of loot:D

Only scav extract in interchange being scav camp, which needs pmc to extract.

can´t extract as scav on shoreline. tried all 3 extracts, even restarted game and reconnected to raid. ruined road, svetly dead end and south fence all not working. killed 2 pmcs that raid and looted lots of keys. my first big raid and they F me up like this. FeelsBadMan

Shoreline is unplayable, extracts don't work.

Went to shoreline. Couldnt exfil at rock passage or road to customs even though we had the countdown. Disconnected and reconnected 3 times to no avail.

Extracts on Shoreline randomly work.

As a scav I have had issues with extracting from Basement extract. Timer counts down but keeps me in match. I can walk away from extract point and return. Timer restarts but leaves me in match.
As PMC I have had same issue with Road to Customs extract.

This issue is intermittent. I have not seen this problem on other maps yet. This is my first patch having this problem.

Anyone still stuck in 10+ minute matching times? Wtf is going on?? This game has become unplayable after their last 'update'

Constantly kicked out of the game when trying to connect or reconnect

Anyone else getting GatewayTimeout error?
