In all likelihood, the DK is the Dancer.

The PSX version of the game has separate data slots for flagging which Bard and Dancer abilities are known. Given that WotL only added a single job with actual skills, it's likely that Square didn't expand that space, and the game just stores DK skill flags in those slots.

I tend to go to the pretty predictable and boring hero archetype of sword wielding powerhouse so a mix of squire, knight, dark knight. The crew are all sorts weird and wonderful combos but tend to include the usually ninja/thief, knight/monk, mixed spell slinger. I’ve enjoyed using some of the less popular jobs in themed playthroughs such as bard and orator.

Onion knight, unlocked by having all but mastered squire and chemist but it’s shit until you’ve mastered almost all the jobs. Even then it’s just a heavy armoured physical attacker with no special skills and can only level up if you have a wild boar that uses bequeath bacon to increase your level by one

Not sure. On iOS the game timer starts at whenever your last game timer finishes so I was +99hrs for quite some time
