Hey guys, it’s me again. I’d like to share more details about this VR Museum since people were pretty interested in my last post.
In 2020, Amano had to postpone many of his physical exhibitions due to the pandemic. It got him thinking how to bring art to people around the world when most physically activities were banned, and a few months later, the idea of a VR museum was born; and now, the project is about to be completed!
In the museum, you will be able to walk freely like it’s an actual exhibition space. There will be 100 3D artworks from different era of Amano’s career and even a venue dedicated to Final Fantasy (More to come in the 2.0 update!)
I know it’s hard to imagine by just reading a post, so I’d like to invite you to join our private group where we’ll update more info, and Amano sensei is currently filming a video to say hi to you guys!
Let me know if you've got any question, I'll try my best to answer them but please be nice 😉

Hello & thank you for sharing this! I completed the survey. I would also add that I would love a way to purchase prints of Amano’s works. It would be nice to have prints in my home, but I would like to purchase them so that the artist receives support!

Cool! Any Amano's art piece deserves a reward, so I've given this post a silver medal 🙂

He’s my favorite artist

Amanos such a good artist man

Amazing. Can't wait for all of this to come out!

This is a scam. There’s no way any of this is official, licensed, or sanctioned by Square or Amano.
ID: hurr2zzThe VR museum is mentioned on his website:
ID: hurohd5What the heck are you talking about? It’s an official project from Amano himself. Amano is running the project. What makes you think this is a scam?
ID: hur7vyjYeah this whole thing does seem very fishy

Will the museum be available through the website or will there be some kind of application or something? Will you need actual VR glasses to roam the exhibit?
