Honestly loved this game. One of my favorites to ever complete all the optional bosses on. Felt so satisfying. However, in true fashion, I did all that but never beat it. Still have the last area to complete after many many years of starting and restarting this game

Is it just me, or does Larsa look a lot bigger?

Larsa doesn't get enough love. I adore that he gets to be front and center for once!
ID: h1jbasfAnd it feels like Larsa does all the heavy lifting for the plot in the background while the main characters are just touring around all the world's ruins.

Final Fantasy XII has some really nice artwork made for it. Also it is pretty in game.

I want a XII-2 🙁 loved the characters, atmosphere. and story
ID: h1jpbalTechnically the story is continued in the DS game Revenant Wings, starting with Vaan and Penelo following the note that Balthier leaves them at the end of the game. Very different game though as it goes back to Ivalice's turn based strategy roots.

Love that Vaan is in the background to this. Once again reminding me that he isn’t really the protagonist.

Zodiac Age steelbook is the favorite of my collection, this game has top-notch art. I might be biased toward Ivalice with Tactics being my favorite entry in the series but the art is always the best

Lovely key art! Bhujerba was a great location. I wish it had some ambient wind though to make it seem more like it was in the sky! Maybe NPCs are not "coded" to respond to wind effects, though, it wouldn't work for just Vaan's hair moving.
