After all these years and it still works! They need a remaster of LOTR games and Godzilla destroy all monsters. Fantastic games till this day!

Beyond good- the Helm’s Deep level was pure rage and anxiety.

Lots of emulators support texture packs, what basically amounts to community-remastered content.

Sadly I'm guessing licensing issues would get in the way. Plus the EA of the early-/mid-2000's was not as (obviously) terrible as modern EA has become. We've seen how they act nowadays; would anyone trust them not to chalk these games full of MTX and nitpicky DLCs?
It just isn't the same world anymore, sad to say 🙁

I actually still have my PC cd for this game, and was excited to play it again, but there's some error between windows XP and 10 where the game checks some XP built-in thing as an anti-piracy check and since it's not built into Windows 10 it fails and doesn't open unless you do some black magic workarounds. Not worth the trouble unfortunately.

Return of the King was a sick game back on GameCube. Play as Gandalf with unlimited mana to infinite spell attack after you beat the game

The ol lady and I watched the LOTR stuff today and when the water monster was flipping it's tentacles around I got to mutter "ya know I fought one of those" all because of these games. Good times.

I always loved the Two Towers but never got to play Return of the King so I would go NUTS if someone remastered them.
