I tried Haura's hunt, but I accidently killed them all and got nothing. Now there is no exclamation mark near the antlers and the symbol on the map in gone. How do I reactivate the hunt ? what other ways would you advise to get titanium ?

Trading for it if you have DPR or Hauras farm. Those are the best ways. You keep asking the same question as if you don't believe it but that is really it.
Restart the quest. Abandon it and go to Noah to start Hunt again.
Don't bother killing any of the small ones, their drop rates are so low it's a complete waste of time. Plus if you only leave few of them it will take fucking ages for them to kill you, more waste. Just kill two behemoths and wait for death. That is the best, most efficient way to farm Hauras.

ID: hz4zvd8Open Map and go to ALL QUESTS tab. Hover Hunt and you will see what you need to press to abandon it. For me it's hold 'Y' to Abandon on PC.

If you are on expeditions just start farming. Scrap ur off legendaries and purples, sell the blues, buy more from bailey.

If it is not showing up and you don't see it in the quest log to abandon it, just go to your lobby and set the story mode to the start of that area. That should unlock it for you. The only other way I know is to complete all the hunts again to restart the entire hunt chain (not recommended).
Note: to Farm Hauras, Kill the two big guys then let the little ones kill you. Keep repeating until you get what you want or are bored. Every few kills, make sure to dismantle gear you do not want.

This is actually what OP is missing. They probably finished all the hunts, quest is done and that's why they can't abandon it.
No need to set any story point, that's irrelevant. All they gotta to do is talk to Noah and hand over all remaining trophies to complete the quest. Then they will be able to restart it and farm Hauras again.

I went back to Noah and went through the dialogue. Didn't see an option to abandon or restart anything. Then I went back to the Dunes and still, there is no hunt.
