Looks like the indomitus chaplain, inferno conversion from the pistol, axe halves attached to the chaplains base staff after cuts, upgrade sprue helm, and a regular or death company kit jump pack to me.

One of the better conversions I’ve seen for Dante, angel wings make him look too similar to sanguinary guard in my opinion
