ID: ho72e2kI was disappointed at this announcement too. Cities Skylines is already packed full of content. This Airport DLC feels superfluous.
I want better city simulation, and a multiplayer mode so me and a friend can build a city on the same map.

Such an underrated game. If you’re looking for a really deep game with lots of mechanics to understand and master, this may be for you. I never thought I’d be any good at this game and I went in knowing that I was going to have to learn a lot, but I’m really glad I did.
If you have the patience to learn and research how the game works and strategies, it’s an incredible game.
ID: ho7wxbkI agree it's an exceptionally rewarding sandbox that you can play and enjoy at your own pace. I can imagine still playing this game in 10 years time, so don't really understand people asking for a sequel instead of making the original game richer.
If this is your type of game, and it certainly isn't everyones, then I don't really see what they're going to do better in a sequel. It would just be different for the sake of being different. Go play sim hospital, or prison, or whatever if you want something different but I'm perfectly happy for the developers to keep adding content to this game for a while yet.

We need a next gen sequel, but make it 60fps (also in bigger cities, drops to 30 are acceptable) improve traffic a lot and add multiplayer. Done

ID: ho8ykutYeah you can trick traffic a lot if u understand it. But seeing huge 5 way highways get used fully is even for a hardcore player like me, difficult to pull off

Off topic, I just remembered EA killed Maxis AND Kesmai/Gamestorm. Was responsible for killing basically the games I enjoyed the most as a kid: sim city, battle tech, air warrior. Ugh.
