Me and my father just jumped on about 20 mins ago and everything loaded up fine freinds such and we jumped into a game then everything started loading real slow and we decided to restart the consoles and now it telling us that PSN is currently busy it would be good to find out if anyone else has had this as of now?

So i just bought Dreams for the ps4 because it was on sale. (I already had the demo) I downloaded it and it still says that i need to pay for the full game that I allready paid for. So Please someone can help me and say what do I do next?

Ok, someone put their account as primary on my ps4, I went to go change but it won't let me sign into ps4 network services unless I do two step verification, recently I got a new phone and my old number is deactivated, and I can't put my new number on because I can't sign in because of the number situation. How can I fix this or did I just lose my account?

Hey, is there anyone who had 34878 error, when he was in the last cinematic? It happened to me hundread times and i can't finish that game and play DLC. I tried reinstall whole PS4 but it didn't help.

Why are downloads drastically slower on the 2014 ps4? My brother has the slim version and downloads for him take half as much time as for me and we're using the same internet connection

I have two PS4s for separate rooms. Neither will turn on via the Power Button. One of them will turn on via the the controller. The other I cannot get to turn on in any way. How can I get a controller connected to it to try turning it on? Any ideas?

I recently received a invitation to purchase a PS5 and used it today but when I was able to hop on the website it said all the PS5 were gone. Can I use the same invitation tomorrow to buy one or do I have to register again to buy one?

welp one of my OG ds4's died from when i first got the console. I have 1 new DS4 and 1 OG. would it be worth buying one spare DS4 to keep in storage, incase i ever need to play the PS4 in the future, or should i risk it on 2 og's and whatever the aftermarket has in the future? I have a PS5 now, but I'm a fan of keeping old well maintained backups as i've seen what happens with the value of PS2 and PS3 in the future.

Problem: My PS4 controller (s) ceased both physical and bluetooth connection; did not connect and one acted as if it were dead even though it is not; 2 games downloading to the HDD ran into error.
System specs/details: -PS4 Pro
-Seagate HDD
-PS4 controller with light up touch pad bar
-PS4 controller macro button attachment on Primary controller.
-3 different controllers tested.
I went to the restroom and this occurred when I came back. My primary controller (always charged) was acting as if it were utterly dead while the other two I have flash as if Bluetooth syncing but cannot find the PS4. One did connect to something at some point but there wasn't any other BT devices on, and the PS4 didn't seem to detect it even though it wasn't frozen. I had two games downloading to my external HDD (PlayStation licensed or some kind of collab HDD) and no error appeared on screen but the downloads ran into an error.
I presume it is related to the external HDD since that was the download path for the games and when I unplugged the HDD, restarted it, then plugged it back in things began operating normally whereas they did not when simply restarting.
[Comically, a Skyrim update dropped when it restarted and the PS4 worked properly. Todd Howard, did you do this? Is this a demonstration of your power?]
On a serious note, Does anyone actually know what happened based on this? It's working fine now, but if my HDD has an issue I would like to know about it beforehand before I hop on and find half my game library corrupted or appearing as if it's running on a Samsung Smart Fridge.

How much could I sell my limited edition star wars BF2 ps4 pro with the included controller and game?
it has been taken out of box and used since about 2018 and both the controller and ps4 are in good working condition and the digital content for BF2 elite trooper deluxe edition has been activated so it is no longer available. if there is any other things i failed to mention please tell me so you can come to a proper assessment of the ps4's worth.

When I play games like Call of Duty ww2 and other games my PS4 is louder than a Boeing 737 and sometimes my ps4 overheats and then it turns of.
What should I do? Since my guarantee has already expired, it costs €200 to prevent this problem by Sony. I don‘t want to open my ps4 by myself either, because I don‘t want to destroy it completely!
ID: hoiadtcI'm sure you could find a local third party repair shop. I imagine they repair & service a lot of PS4s. They'd likely give it a clean, replace the thermal paste on the heatsink and might also replace thermal pads. I doubt it would cost €200, but obviously you're paying for their time.
They may even offer to do a HDD/SSD upgrade, but that is relatively straightforward to do yourself.

Why when i try to download the 9.03 firmware update on your website it only allows me to download the 9.00 version, now it won´t let me play on my ps4 because I have to manually update my ps4 because of the safe mode.

What do you suppose the best way to get a PS4 for cheap would be? I've been hoping to try out some of the games the system has to offer, and I figured they'd be cheap because of the 5 releasing but that doesn't seem to be the case on major retailers. Do you think they'd be cheap used in the coming weeks because of people selling them after getting the 5?

Can anyone explain to me why my NAT type sometimes changes between 2 and 3? I didn’t make any changes, and playing online works fine too most of the time

ID: hofj4dlNo, but i did experience some major internet issues over the last few months. In my house there is my ps4, my laptop, a pc, four smartphones and a TV connected to the internet, but mostly just 2 devices at a time, not counting phones. We should have 35-40 mb/s, but i mostly have 5-16 mb/s. Not too bad in theory, but its impossible to play online most of the time.

Recommendations on a phone holder for the dual shock? I purchased one for the Xbox controller and test ran it yesterday to realize, oh yeah this damn light is the WORST. It's a lay in bed next to wife but still be able to play thing
Also if you haven't tried Remote Play before do yourself a favor, it works surprisingly very well.

Network error whenever I join a party?
So whenever I join a party it’s fine for probably about a minute then everything goes silent and then the notification pops up where it says “(username) can no longer use voice chat due to network error” or whatever it says exactly and then my controller shuts off as well which is even weirder. This only happens when I join a party. Like for example yesterday I played Minecraft by myself and was listening to music just fine. Nothing happened. It’s just when I join a party. I’ve done the reset where you press the button on the back of the controller. Didn’t fix it obviously. Reset everything wifi related. Didn’t work. I’ve even reset the cache of the ps4. Also didn’t work. I’ve tried everything I know how to do and nothing is working. I need help.

Whenever my ps4 now enters rest mode for a while when I press the ps4 controller to wake it up, it will but then the ps4 controller remains light blue and won't connect no matter what I do, each time I have to turn the ps4 on and off to get the controller to work. I also have another controller that it does the same thing so I know its not the controlle. I've tried rebuilding dataset, turning off and unplugging, resetting the controller nothing seems to work. Any help would be appreciated
ID: hoey0lvCan you try turning it on with the console’s power button instead of using the controller? I realize it isn’t the best solution, but if it works, it beats turning it off and on again every time.
ID: hofb6juI'll try that when I get q chance, but I don't know if that'll do the trick bc honestly the big reason this is annoying is it seems each time it does it it pauses my games downloading, but I will try that
