What game is hot right now which involves FPS?

I know call of duty and modern warfare and battlefield. But which game has the most active userbase and has the best content for money without spending too much on micro transactions?

ID: hqzjbdz

I’d go with CoD. You can also play with mouse and keyboard on PS5.

ID: hqzzkj5

There are 4 call of duties.

Vanguard, Warzone Pacific, Black Ops Cold War, Modern Warfare.

Turns out I already have the Modern Warfare (i bought it from ps4). Which one is most popula

?

Me and my girlfriend just finished it takes two. We’ve had a blast, it was real fun and challenging. Does anyone of you guys have recommendations for sort like games?

ID: hr52nok

Same for me and my fiancée, we loved it. Nows we’ve completed that, we’re moving on to A Way Out and Brothers - also made by the same devs I believe.

I recently got a PS5 after missing out on so many PS exclusives playing Xbox. Should I start out with god of war or the last of us remastered versions?? I’m so torn between the two, I’m an indecisive person by nature

ID: hr647to

God of war.

ID: hr45on3

God of War for sure.

I don't game much on consoles and I have been trying to find age appropriate games for my sons for when I buy a PS5. They are 9 and 11

So far I found It Takes Two and Overcooked as decent coop games but they look short and somewhat meh.

I thought about Fortnite but it isn't very noob friendly.

So I always come back to COD (with gore settings off) but I feel their mom will complain and I wanna avoid that.

Any thoughts on my first two choices or If COD is ok for kids that age or any other recommendations?

ID: hqx5gkw

I’ve played overcooked a little bit and I’ve enjoyed it so far.

I find that the sports games (fifa, madden, nba 2k) are really fun to play with friends and siblings. You could get previous years’ versions if your sons don’t really follow the sport too much or if you don’t wanna support companies releasing the same game every year. Be ready for fights to happen though 😉

The crash bandicoot trilogy is also really fun although it is single player. It comes included with ps plus if you have a ps5.

Ratchet and Clank, Knack 2

Death Stranding Directors Cut. Thank me when you reach 300th hour of gameplay and you’re like deciphering Kojima’s work:

ID: hqz1245

Lol the gif is perfect, that’s on my list for sure!

ID: hr07h5y

Red Dead Redemption 2, an open world very distinguished of everything else and with an S tier story line. The beginning can be slow, but you will be addicted in short time.

ID: hr0boqt

Fuck I should have put RDR2 on my played list, I’ve played it thoroughly and I love that game! Good call though given the description lol

Anything like Returnal? Bought Hades and all the FromSoftware games plus Dead Cells. Anything left to buy and play through?

ID: hrc4pi4

Might want to check out Control. I believe it’s on sale for $12 on PS Store

ID: hrc53bq

Thanks for the recommendation, I’ve played it on PC but didn’t really stick with me. Might give it a go with adaptive triggers on PS5.

Since I'm strapped for time I'm looking for a game that's essy to jump into and out of. Like FIFA, i know how long the games are and it's easy to quickly just to go into a game.

Tried playing P5, but having a hard time with the that I can't save whenever, and just leave.

I just got a PS5 (woo!) and want to preorder Horizon Forbidden West. Is it smarter to buy the PS4 version for $10 less? I read online it’s supposed to come with a free PS5 upgrade. I want the physical disc, does the PS4 physical version come with a free PS5 digital upgrade? Thanks!

ID: hr0p9el

Yes for everything

Thank you!

Hey, i have a pulse headset and i enjoyed it, if not for the slightly snug fit, but it seems it's time for a replacement. What's a good set of alternatives i can start my search with?

ID: hrc4m6v

Astro A10

I have PS5 and my friend has Xbox Series S. We'd like to play some games together. So far we've tried PUBG and Warzone - both these games are competitive, however we're looking for more relaxed gaming. Ideally something PvE: like Diablo2 or Borderlands3.
Any recommendations?

ID: hr36jma

Prob gonna have a hardtime finding a lot of crossplay games.

ID: hr7wrpr

Yeah, saw this list. Was hoping to see more personal recommendation 😉

Can someone please make exclusive walkers for PlayStation.

15 : Anonymous2022/01/04 17:12 ID: hr8gnqm

I have destiny 2 already downloaded and bought add-ons on the wrong account and I was wondering if I could return them so I could buy them on the right account. The add-ons all say they are installed

I love open world sandbox games, especially of the survival variety or RPG variety or even simulator at times. I'm looking for something specific though, a large open world sandbox type game that's on the goofy side. Something like Just Die Already if you're familiar with that title. I want nonsensical exploration without any real tasks but something that I can explore and keep randomly busy for hours.

Games like Skyrim, GTA, DayZ etc I've already played and of course I welcome any other open world recommendations, but really looking for that cartoony, silly sandbox vibe. Drop some titles!

ID: hr8ob45

I didn't like it at all, but it looks like you might enjoy far cry 6. Or AC Valhalla, which I enjoyed during its first half

Edit: oh wait, have you played Ghost of Tsushima???

Borrowing a 500gb Ps4 (non pro or slim edition) for the Spider-Man game and miles morales game. Will 500gb be enough? And will this system work with my Asus VG27AQ monitor without issues?

ID: hr9xwjj

500gb is fine unless you plan on having multiple games installed at the same time

Just got gifted 100 dollars for ps store. I gave the og ps4, but I have an external hard drive so storage isn't an issue. I love open world games like Skyrim and Fallout, as well as more indie games like No Man's Sky and Minecraft. What're some game recommendations you can throw my way?

ID: hrchlc4

The outer worlds. Basically fallout in space with more rpg elements. It’s not open world and a lot of people complain it’s too short but I’ve found there’s more than enough to keep me playing. The writing is quite funny and the graphics are jaw dropping.

So, I had never played any from software game, played sekiro, for the platinum, it was pretty difficult but I absolutely loved the game. Is there any game I could get a similar experience?

21 : Anonymous2022/01/05 10:09 ID: hrc4rcp

Maybe a 3D platformer, something funny?? In the vein of A Hat In Time. Any recs??

22 : Anonymous2022/01/05 11:23 ID: hrcarjc

So, any good picks from the store sales? Thinking about Bloodborne for 8€ and Watch Dogs 2 for 10€, anything else?

Came across this link..

This is a great deal right? For reference, I’m talking about the $49.69 deal. If I’m understanding correctly, you get both digital games for both ps4 and ps5? So I can just snag this for ps4 and then when I get a ps5, I will have both games ? Or am I misunderstanding lol

24 : Anonymous2022/01/05 15:04 ID: hrczz26

So I got a PS5 but found it that it only pushes 1080p to my 1440p monitor. Thinking about returning it and getting one again whenever I get a 4k TV in probably a year+. I'm not super familiar with the Playstation lifecycle though. Will there likely be an improved model of PS5 by then or likely be the same? For example I know one of the later PS4 Pro models was much more quiet than previous models, but I'm not sure if that's the rule or the exception.
