My hopes for a prison map are once again in motion
ID: hs96s2mID: hs9fekyThe only reason we havent got one is due to 9/11. Which leads me to believe we will NEVER get one unless the world can somehow not get mad over a video game. Its basically the same reason School based maps in shooting games are super rare. Just the other week the Ready or Not devs caught a ton of shit because they are working on a school shooting scenario for their game (its a realistic tactical fps like Swat where you play as a Counter Terrorist/Swat team)

Could be a county fairgrounds or something too, but a sort of Disney/Six Flags/Busch Gardens style park that is hosting a billionaire VIP and their family or a foreign dignitary or something with the appropriate security while giving you all sorts of fun executions and rides to slink in and out of, not to mention a variety of costumes.
ID: hs9b7s8Lol it sounds dumb but one of my favorite levels in Hitman is the tutorial in Hitman 2.
Something about a small area and the more focused design felt fun and like classic hitman.
I kinda hope we get some less grand levels and maybe something more condensed.

ID: hsbtiw5When they released the prison sniper map they explained that doing a regular map in a prison would require a complete rewrite of the AI.
Hitman NPCs are allowed to trespass anywhere and can open any locked door. Obviously both of those things wouldn't fit with a prison.

Maybe they'll reveal they're finally going to fix the fucking audio a year after they acknowledged it was a problem.

ID: hsa3el7It's a known issue with the PS5 version. It's been almost a year since they acknowledged it :/
ID: hsag15wYeah, only on PS5 too as far as I know. Pretty shitty they acknowledged it was an issue, and then just never do anything after they got people's money. Just totally kills the immersion for me, so never got to finish it. And now with them working on a 007 game I wouldn't be surprised if it's never fixed.
ID: hscgwu5Seeing some glitches that have been prevalent since 2016 fixed would be nice but I doubt it.

One of my personal games of the year, such a fantastic game and really underappreciated.
Really super excited to see what the new maps will look like, especially after how dreadful the 7 Deadly Sins were.

ID: hs9f8kdI don't understand your complaint. Of course they know what's in it. They decided to announce it on 13th of January. If there was a blog post instead of a video you'd still have to wait.
ID: hs9iqy7Except that if it wasn't an "event" they could drop the video and blog post today. It's fine, I'm not losing sleep, but it's just an artificial thing to draw eyes at a specific moment in time instead of dispersed.
Bottom line is I think announcements of announcements is stupid. Still hoping it's good and I'll probably play it regardless as I love this trilogy.

I would prefer a 2 minute traile
