ID: ht650fjI kept quiet about the other rumour so yeah I’m keeping quiet about this one too. There’s an evil enjoyment in knowing something but staying quiet about it and then seeing the other person finding it out on their own later on.
Of course I want this game to be a 10/10 but it’s most likely going to be Mid at best And die quick

Sure, but it’s not wrong to be disappointed by news that a game announced for 2021 might be releasing in 2023.
If it's on track for release then it's on track for release.
Is the lesson learned from Cyberpunk to just never release games because they could always get better with more time? Because that seems to be the position when you take these takes to their logical conclusion.
No what I am saying is people get upset when games get delayed. While yes it sucks that you have to wait longer but wouldn't you rather have a more well polished product versus something that is missing pieces. Also taking another lesson from Cyberpunk the amount of stress they put on the staff to try and meet such a deadline. If you ever worked on any type of project delays happen while they are not ideal they happen. You do your best to avoid but sometimes they happen. I can get downvoted more but that's my opinion and that is all I have to say.
I’m praying it’s delayed. Did you guys see the gameplay? It looks ass. I would rather wait 2 more years, have it be on next Gen only consoles and be way better

Yeah it’s always not worrying when a game set to release in a year hasn’t even shown gameplay lol yep definitely gonna be great at launch going by the track record of recent games.
I’ll believe it when I see it. Until then, best not to think about it.

Also a game being “on track” does not mean it’s not delayed. It just means they haven’t announced a delay yet. Horizon Forbidden West was publicly stated as “on track” for its 2021 release until it wasn’t. Cyberpunk was “on track” until it wasn’t.
On track doesn’t mean anything at all in PR speak.
