We are aware that there are issues preventing the download of Sifu through the early access on the PlayStation store, and are very sorry for the inconvenience. We're looking into it with PlayStation to fix it asap, and will update you on the situation very soon!
Update: Sony teams are actively investigating this issue with us, we hope to have it resolved shortly. Thank you all for your patience, we'll make it up to you!
Update: The PlayStation teams have told us the early access issue is now resolved, and the game can now be downloaded! Again, we're very sorry to all players who were hoping to play earlier today, we'll have an exclusive gift for all Deluxe edition holders to share with you soon !

I think the issue is because of the date.
When I deselect the auto-preload checkbox, the 2/4 briefly becomes 4/2. Perhaps that’s why it didn’t preload because it’s not April 2nd yet.
Whatever this is though, I hope they fix it very, very soon.

Just started working for me! Was able to get to the download through my library under "Your Collection". I was stuck at 00:00:00 for the last 14 hours. PSN store still was stuck there, but it worked through my library after restarting my PS5. Let me know if it works for you, currently at 50% download...

Ah damn, was hoping to get an hour or two in before bed (in Australia and early access was supposed to be from ~10 pm) and still be able to function at work tomorrow. Hope it's fixed soon.
ID: hvt9iofSame here man, I just decided to pop on a few episodes of Always Sunny before checking again just now and chucking it on download and rest mode so that it'd download over night but no luck unfortunately.

10am CST and this still isn't resolved... wtf. Sony has to get their shit together for their storefront.
edit: downvote all you want, doesn't change anything. They sold a product at a premium so people could get it 2 days early, and 4+ hours after it was supposed to go live they still can't figure out how to get it to PS players. That's inexcusable.

I feel bad for the developers here because this is certainly an issue on Sony's end. Their handling of indie releases on the PSN Store has historically been awful.
Edit: Of course the Sony brigade downvotes this comment instead of doing any research on Sony's track record with indie developers.

Pre-load suppose to be started on the 4th, why didn't they look into issue earlier. I bought deluxe edition to play it earlier and support the developer. It's really disappointing. Will not buy their future games..
