Astro's Playroom is a fun game. Much better than people may give it credit for. It'll probably end up on "Hidden Gems" lists in the future, despite the fact that its pre-installed on every PS5, simply because many ignored it.

Kept updating until 4.03 to play online games but once the PS4 exploits were released I stopped.

For me, I don’t really game online, so being on the most up to date firmware isn’t a priority for me. When I saw the news that several devs had chained together the WebKit exploit along with the missing puzzle piece (kernel) that was enough for me to take my launch day disc edition offline and wait.

I can't wait, so I just keep updating.... I try to delay it as much as possible, but I bought my PS5 to play it, so if I really want to play I just update and enjoy.

However, I stored my PS4 when I bought the 5, it was sitting at 8.00, and now with the 9.00 jailbreak I updated it and I have it Jailbroken, which lets me do some homebrew stuff and I find it entertaining 🙂 I'm building a pico-8 emulator.

If PS5 weren't scarce I would probably buy another one to jailbreak later. But I really have no need now.

I just bought one on offer up to play miles morales yes I know I'm late to the game haven't connected it to the internet. I think it's 3.** if I'm not mistaken. If I can get away with just playing spider man for a minute then I'll leave it where it's at. I'll probably update it to 4.05 though so I'll be ready for a little fun

Tbh I forgot, but I think it’s 1.14 or something. Got it on the EU release and updated the ps5 for demon souls.
