- FFVII and FFXII Dungeons Inspired Stranger of Paradise Locations

I had no interest in this game even after playing the first demo, but the more I hear about it and after playing FFVII, it’s really starting to seem pretty cool. I loved Nioh 1 and 2, so I think I’ll give this a try.
ID: hz2hi1rID: hz3nmw0Is the class switching similar to FFXIV but just in like single player game?
ID: hz42nksI mean if you lived nioh 2 you kind of owe it to properly try the game. At least demo 2

i am so excited for this game. i never played Nioh but enjoyed the demo. I just hope the optimization is fixed.
ID: hz3n2b7For what it’s worth, there was a Japanese gameplay video that came out recently and the performance there looked fine, looked much more stable than the demos.

FF XII! Woohoo!

I enjoyed both demos. But I'm surprised they mention 7 and 12, but not 13, considering one of the demo levels used the same sunny/rainy mechanic 13 did...oh, and an arrangement of one of the games themes to really send the point home.

but, what is this game then? I though it was a reboot/remake of FF1, but now seeing that it has different locations from different FF games, like...wtf is this? an experiment game?
ID: hz3vtexIt isn't that it has locations from different games, but that they allowed locations from other games to influence the dungeons. The article notes that the sunken temple - a FFI location - was designed to be thematically similar to what an underwater dungeon in FFVII would look like.
ID: hz47yy7but they have the mako reactors location right? I think I saw it, maybe im confused
ID: hz414jlIt says inspired, probably only means in level design and mechanics.
